Lacks sufficient description of proper form. Superficial.

I've always wanted to learn Tai Chi and thought this would be a good place to start. It isn't. It's informal but not informative. Breath coordination is almost entirely missing and I found the instructor's attitude and constant repetition of phrases like "stay with us" irritating.

Looking forward to working on this video series...just received in the mail and the first 15 minutes has me intrigued. Have been lax in exercising during Covid and hope this will get me back on track

I decided to try something different to get me in shape. This program has easy workouts to do. I am able to do without over exerting myself.

Just did my first class and it was so wonderful. Very easy to follow. So delighted to have found this great course.

As a fifty-*cough* year old lady with arthritis and a knee injury, I was looking for something that will encourage me to get up and move, yet be easy on the joints. Can't wait to try it after my nap.

This is the third course from this instructor that I have purchased on The Great Courses. It is possibly my favorite, although I have enjoyed them all. I particularly love that he addresses some of the Five Elements here. My favorite so far is Bamboo, as I find it to be a wonderful blend of motion and centering in these tumultuous times. Many thanks to David Dorian-Ross for creating this and The Great Courses for publishing it!

I got this video because, well, I'm aging. And I find myself unable to do a lot of things I am used to doing. Like walking easily without pain. So far, I have seen some improvement in my mobility and I expect to see more. The tranquility part is yet to come mostly because right now I am focusing on learning the movements. Nice easy pace in learning.

I find the videos just to my activity level right now and easy to follow. I am 65 and in good health just currently out of shape and this was easy to do and still feel like a workout.

I have been using this dvd for two weeks, and my back pain is a whole lot better. I expect it will be completely gone in a few more weeks. This program is easy to follow and is not strenuous at all. I highly recommend.
