Make A Loan Calculator App in SwiftUI | Your Second iOS App

Have you already taken the first course on iOS app making? Make Your First Apple iOS App in SwiftUI | For Complete Beginners | No Coding Experience Required

If yes, this second course is for you to take your coding to the next level!

In the first course we went through the steps to create a card game app 'Higher Card Wins'. In this course, we will take this to the next level by taking user inputs and doing some calculations and outputting the results for the user to see.

We will write the code line-by-line as we understand and see what each line of code does in real time. So we code, and see what's changing in the app. Simple, and best way to learn for beginners.

I would recommend you take the first course Make Your First Apple iOS App in SwiftUI | For Complete Beginners | No Coding Experience Required prior to taking this course.

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED A MACBOOK (or similar MAC devices) IF YOU WANT TO FOLLOW ALONG AND CODE WITH ME DURING THE COURSE.

By the end of course, If you code along, then you will also have the fully functional loan calculator app ready on your phone.

I will also walk you through the steps to publish your app on the Apple iOS App Store.

The course includes video content worth approximately 3 hours 45 minutes. We will cover the following topics in the course.

  • Plan The App Layout On A Whiteboard
  • Build the Visual Layout of App on Xcode
  • Create a Function To Do The Math
  • Make The App Resistant To User Input Errors
  • Test The App In Dark Mode
  • Give The User The Right Input Keyboard For Better User Experience
  • Go Beyond The Generic Calculator And Show Potential Savings On Refinance and Extra Payments
