A Beginners Guide to Collage Painting with Your Art Journal

Are you a beginner Virgin artist? Too scared to even try, and you don’t know how to start to create art? Then this workshop is perfect for you.

Step into my studio and allow me to lead you into the world of mixed media collage. Using an art journal, you will create a beautiful collage inspired by the musical score and splendor of this glorious cello design.

I will teach you techniques for how to create collage papers using treasures from the thrift store, making your own papers with inks, and how to add finishing touches like a professional artist.

I will lead you step-by-step through the process of creating this beautiful collage painting, from start to finish. Along the way, I will even share with you some of my secret tips.

Ultimately, my goal is for you is to not only finish the course feeling confident with the techniques you have learned, but to have gained the courage to allow yourself to create from your own heart.

When we create something truly authentic from our own self and we can say, ‘Hey I like that’, we are affirming our own value and this has a deep impact on how we view ourselves and the world around us.
